This low carb breakfast quiche is made with spicy sausages and spinach with mild cheddar cheese. Feel free to sub in broccoli, kale, green beans, asparagus or any other veggie in the mix.
You can make it vegetarian by adding onions, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes, omitting the meat.

Keto Breakfast Quiche
This low carb quiche is quick and easy to prepare and with your favorite ingredients added, your whole family will love.
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 2 breakfast sausage links chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter or cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375oF
Whip your eggs with heavy cream, salt and pepper
Add spinach and sausages or any fillings you’re using.
Fold in cheese leaving a little back for the top
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and add reserved cheese on top
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and knife comes out clean from the center.
